Livestock Robotics

Livestock Robotics aims to improve life of Farmer and Animal by using smart mobile robots that act in a livestock environment. As a spinoff startup from Wageningen University, we work on the newest developments in the area of automation and robotics for livestock production. Our initial focus is on the PoultryBot, a mobile robot that collects floor eggs in a laying hen house and has the ability to perform measurements on house climate. Next to that, we are open for any other development that relates to robots and/or livestock production systems. We are a small and young team, with a wide interest in robotics and livestock production. Combined with extensive knowledge and experience in design, sensing, automation, robotics and the conditions in the livestock husbandry, makes us an ideal party for your wishes and developments in this area. Furthermore, we join forces with various other companies and knowledge institutes, to have the most recent knowledge available, and connect as much as possible to the demands in the market.
